All of our websites are built on WordPress. Keeping it updated ensures that nothing goes wrong in the back end.

Content Updates

Because our websites are built on the WordPress content management system, you can edit nearly all of the content on your website yourself. This includes updating the copy and images on your site’s pages, adding new books, publishing blog posts, and comment moderation on blog posts.

But we also understand that some simply don’t have the time or inclination for website updates. If this is you, simply supply us with your content by email and we’ll keep your website up-to-date, with all of the ideal optimisation techniques.

Content Publishing

We can also assist with the technical side of publishing new content from your website, like new blog posts, events, and adding books, or news. Not only can content publishing be time-consuming, but certain best practices should be followed for ‘scan-ability’, meta tags, appearance on social media, and other important Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) guidelines.

Newsletter Publishing

We can format and send out mailing list updates from platforms like MailChimp, and manage and sort your mailing list to make sure specific content reaches the right audience. We’ll take care of subject line optimisation, using the right personalisation merge tags, and best send times.

Design and Development Tweaks

Short of a full website redesign, we can make minor adjustments to the design and construction of your website. In terms of design, we can update the visual design of your website within the infrastructure of the existing site. This means whilst we can’t completely revamp the layout of the site, we can update elements like colours and icons. In terms of construction tweaks, we can make minor changes to the site infrastructure, like installing new features using WordPress plugins.

Website maintenance is tax deductible
