I was launching my first third-party published book and wanted to find an expert in author and book websites. I liked the ease of choosing templates and the domain expertise demonstrated by the prior work. Jin was very easy to collaborate with — very clear on deliverables and needs along the way, and very responsive.

Working with a designer outside the United States was not a problem. There were a few times where I would probably have liked to hop on a Zoom, but nothing major. The day lag is very manageable. I appreciated linking the design of the book to the overall author site and the clean look-and-feel.

After searching online for potential web designers, I quickly concluded that Jin & Co would be the right provider. The websites he has developed for his clients are all beautiful yet unique. And he has also worked with clients outside of Australia.
